My work spans Hunt Commercial Real Estate, Obsidian Development Group, and Josh The Planner, LLC, where I support clients with leasing, investment sales, permitting, rezoning, and entitlement strategy. With both public- and private-sector experience—including service as an Assistant City Planner—I bring strong expertise in municipal approvals, development regulations, and project feasibility.
