I am a real estate, planning, and development professional with 20+ years of experience specializing in commercial real estate, land use planning, zoning analysis, and site development. My work spans Hunt Commercial Real Estate, Obsidian Development Group, and Josh The Planner, LLC, where I support clients with leasing, investment sales, permitting, rezoning, and entitlement strategy. With both public- and private-sector experience—including service as an Assistant City Planner—I bring strong expertise in municipal approvals, development regulations, and project feasibility. My mission is to deliver clear, strategic solutions that move projects forward and maximize long-term value.
