a little bit about whats going on in my world at the moment

10/25/2022- It hit me the other day, I’ve been on my own for an entire year. I was worried I wouldn’t make it and my whole family, chickens and all, would be living under a bridge by Christmas. The good news is we made it through entire Holiday season without missing a single bill. Then Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, OJ’s birthday, now here it is almost Halloween and we’re still doing fine! I’ve met some awesome new people, worked on some interesting projects, problem solved with the best of them, and can now say Year 2 is gonna be fun!

07/25/2022- My one year anniversary of being an independent business is fast approaching. It’s been one heck of a rollercoaster first year. Some new highs and some new lows but I wouldn’t take a minute of it back. I’m still developing streamlined and efficent processes but I know myself enough to say thats going to be a forever kind of thing.

3/15/2022- Beware the ides of March! I’m not Caesar so I’m not too concerned but I’ll lay low in front of the computer just in case. I’m amazed at how great this experience has been so far and some of the AMAZING people I’ve met on my journey so far. 1/10/2022- Its a New Year! I love starting the year out with some goals and benchmarks. For the first time in my professional career, I am 100% responsible for settting and accomplishing these goals. Some big things are ahead for JTP, LLC and I can’t wait to tell you about them.

12/16/2021-“I’ve been everywhere, man.” Johnny Cash said it best with this simple lyric. I couldn’t have imagined the business would have taken off as fast as it did but Oh Boy! I’ve been tearing up every road from Clarksville to Columbia, Dickson to Lebanon working on projects for clients. I can’t imagine a better life right now and I’m thrilled with all of the new friends I’ve been able to meet and all of the old connections I’ve been finding again.

11/6/2021- I’ve always dreamed of being my own boss. Well about 6+ months ago, that plan started to get put in motion. With the help, guidance, assistance, and general talking off the ledge of a close group of mentors I jumped into this new endeavor with both feet.

10/22/2021- Thanks for the memories! The sun is setting on this adventure but tommorrow it will rise on a whole new grand adventure.
